You send the manual. We do the rest.
How it works
- STEG 01
You send manuals, product images and your brand guidelines.
- STEG 02
We review the material and set up a plan with you in a personal call: which films, which languages and where they will be used.
- STEG 03
We make the films.
- STEG 04
You get a link and comment directly in the film, at the exact second it concerns. We make the corrections.
- STEG 05
When everything is right, you approve the film in the same link.
- STEG 06
We put everything together and deliver it ready to use.
What we need from you
- A manual or installation instructions with the steps in the right order, in any format (PDF, Word or scanned)
- Product images, full view and details
- Your brand guidelines (logo, colours, fonts)
- CAD files and photos from a real installation, if you have them
- Which languages you need
- A contact person who reviews and approves
What we deliver
- Finished films per language, in formats for web, YouTube and mobile, with subtitles.
- Finished texts for each film and language: title, description, tags and chapters.
- Sales material: a PDF per product and language with QR codes that lead to your own film links, for example on YouTube or your website, and QR labels for packaging and manual.
- A distribution plan for your situation: where you publish the films, for example on YouTube, product pages and reseller portals, in which order and who does what.
- An overview of all films, languages and status.
The delivery is complete. You own all the material and can use it however you like.
Your project lead
Every customer has their own project lead who is your contact from start to delivery. They keep the schedule, answer questions and make sure the content matches your manual.
Responsibility
The films are based on your material and are published only once you have approved them in writing. The technical content and product liability remain with you as the manufacturer.
