What is included in the delivery?

Finished films in all the languages you have chosen, finished texts for publishing (title, description, tags and chapters), a PDF per product and language with QR codes that lead to your own film links, for example on YouTube or your website, and a plan for how the films should be distributed.

Do you help us get the films out?

Yes, with a plan. Every delivery includes a distribution plan adapted to your channels and markets: where the films should be, which languages come first and who publishes what. If you want help uploading the films, for example to YouTube, we do it on a consulting basis at SEK 1,500 per hour.

Where should the films be?

Where your customers and installers already are, usually on YouTube and your product pages. You publish them yourselves in your own channels, or get help from us on a consulting basis.

How do we review the films?

You get a link to each film and write your comments directly in the film, at the second it concerns. We make the corrections and send a new version in the same link. When everything is right, you approve it there. Everything in one place, right in your browser.

Can we get help beyond the package?

The package is designed to cover everything you need. If you still need support with something outside the project, we help on a consulting basis at SEK 1,500 per hour.

How long does it take?

We make the test film as soon as we have received the material. We set the schedule for the rest together with you, based on the number of products and languages.

What does the test film cost?

Accepted Answer

It is free. We make a film of one of your products so that we agree on what the films should look like. If you are happy, we continue. If you want to change something, we revise it.

What does it cost after that?

It depends on the number of products, languages and the level you choose. After the test film, you get a fixed price per film and language for each level, in writing, and you choose.

Who is responsible for the content being correct?

We base the film on your material and follow it step by step. If something is missing, we ask you. You approve each film in writing before it is published, and the technical content is your responsibility as the manufacturer.

Do the films help us with the new rules?

The film makes your installation instructions and instructions for use easier to follow and can be reached via QR code in the right language. It does not replace the statutory instructions. Read more on the New rules page.

Yes, it is part of how we keep the price down. Every film is checked by us and approved by you before it is used.

No. The film complements the written instructions and makes them easier to follow. The statutory instructions for use must remain.

Via a QR code on the packaging, on the product or in the manual. The code opens the right film in the right language on their phone.

You do. You own the films and all the material we deliver and can use it freely in all your channels.

We update the steps affected and redo the language versions. You get a fixed price for the update before we start.

No. We work with your existing images, drawings and CAD files.
